I hold drumming events and groups in Poole, Dorset and surrounding areas. When i drum my mind is at peace, i can't drum and think at the same time. Freedom is a state of mind and when you are battling mental health it feels like you will never, ever have that. I promise you that you can and you will experience it through "The power of the drum". No experience is needed, you will be amazed how the drum plays through you with the natural rhythm of your body. I run fun drum groups in Poole, Dorset, beach drums and do regular fire pit healing drums at Gaunts house in Wimborne, along with drumming retreats in France and drumming workshops.
