This is a lively, high energy, great fun drum circle that is inclusive to all. It doesn't matter if you think that you can't drum or don't have any rhythm, within minutes we are playing beats. It is amazing and the room is full of laughter, smiles, drum beats and beautiful energy, it really is a fantastic group. We do some drum healing and have a short RAV drum meditation at the end. Here are the bunch of friends you haven't met yet with the added bonus of drumming. Please let me know if you are coming and if you need a drum. If you have a heartbeat, you drum every day without realising it. If you need to borrow a drum please let me know 7.15-8.45 £8 The benefits of drumming are immense and it is really good fun. Smiles are guaranteed. We drum freestyle, learning some beats, we do meditations and we send and receive healing through the drums. This is a great way to spend a Friday evening. Looking forward to seeing you ❤️🥁🎵😊 There is plenty of parking. We have access to drinking water, please bring a refillable bottle or cup, let’s do our bit to reduce plastic. We have different kinds of herbal teas some weeks too, i don't know why, its just happened lol. Any questions please ask. This is such a beautiful building with amazing acoustics, the energy in here is fantastic. The drums come alive. Everyone is welcome, no drumming experience is needed. We all drum every day with our heartbeat, we all have rhythm without realising. Please let me know if you need a drum and so i can get enough chairs ready. Dates vary. £10 See you there. GAUNTS HOUSE FIREPIT DRUM

We will be drumming around the fire pit in the beautiful setting of Gaunts House, Wimborne ❤️ No drum experience is necessary, if you can count to one you can drum 🎵🥁 We will set intentions, drum for Mother Earth, do some drum meditations and healings and connect as one with the drum. We will leave our wishes on the wishing tree and give the fire what we no longer wish to carry on our shoulders and in our minds. Come and be amongst like minded people and enjoy a fantastic afternoon with nature and the beat of the drum. This is you time ❤️ £10 Please let me know if you need to borrow a drum. SOUTH NORMANDY FRANCE
This retreat will be all about healing, drumming, recharging and taking time out for you ❤️ None of the activities are compulsory, you can do as little or as much as you wish. We are absolutely blessed with our location and the stunning scenery, animals and energy it holds. We are going back to nature and will be off-grid most of the time, celebrating our beautiful Mother Earth in her natural state of being with all of her creatures 🌍 ❤️

There is an option of coming over with us in the van. The retreat doesn’t start until the next day but you can settle in and get to know the grounds and the lake and just relax.

Come and join us for beautiful sound healings in a private location, right next to the sea.
We will be using the power of the drum, singing bowls, koshi chimes and rattles to really connect with our hearts desires, what we truly wish for. Its time to stop neglecting ourselves and love us as much as we love others, using the healing power of sound.

SHAMANIC DRUM JOURNEY

We are in the most beautiful, energy filled Avalon cottage at Gaunts House, Wimborne, Poole.
Here i will drum us on a shamanic drum journey to the lower world, where we will meet our spirit animal.
Journeying is extremely powerful, we are not doing a drum meditation, we are leaving this world and it is amazing.
I personally find i get a lot of guidance and clarification on a journey, its all about intention.
Please bring something comfortable to lay on and a blanket, a notebook/paper and pen and some water.
We will finish with a short sound healing
